Preliminary EHP approximation and main dimension selection with Yamagata Chart.

This figure shows three isolines of EHP, length and breadth.

 Throuth this graph,  it could be found out that, under the constant conditon as Displacement, Draft and Speed the most efficient (the smallest EHP ocurrs with 18900-19000 (Effective Horse Power) around upper right corner. At the power, the maindimension L, B are evaluated with 170 m and 21 m for each.

This work was executed in the computer program, i.e. source code library, EHPPack and VC++ 6 compiler. In the view point of preciseness specially in calculating residual resistance, EHPPack must be upgraded and corrected to be more effective, and sooner or later except Yamagata method Holtrop power prediction method would be included.
